Imagine a place that showcases local and Ohio food and wine, increases regional tourism, provides useful educational opportunities, creates dozens of jobs and is self-sustaining. That’s the goal behind Pairings.

The proposed 38,000 square foot facility in historic Geneva, Ohio will offer premier restaurant and banquet facilities, cooking classes, winemaking demonstrations, incubator facilities for start-up wineries, educational culinary demonstrations, office space and gift shop focusing on Ohio products.

Tentative groundbreaking is scheduled for late 2013.
